For video game repair we accept cash, Paypal, money order, and credit/debit card. We use Paypal for payment on our website, so your information is always kept safe and all payments are received on a secure site.

Limited 30 Day - 6 Months Warranty Policy
Limited 30 Day - 6 Months Warranty covers the work and/or parts that SBL Games has used to repair your game console and/or hand-held game system or cell phone. This warranty is strictly limited to what is covered:
1) The warranty will not cover incidental or accidental damages. For example, your screen was repaired, and working, then gets broken again - incidents such as this will not be covered.
2) We strictly monitor our parts and repaired consoles. Part swapping will void all warranty and may cause legal action as well as confiscation of your returned item. We will not be responsible for those that don't inquire about or research our Warranty or other policies.
3) We guaranty our parts to perform during the 30 Day - 6 Month period. This 30 Day - 6 Month warranty is limited to the above conditions and is at the discretion of the SBL Games / CPR staff. We log all serial numbers and/or license plate numbers and other identifiable information on our work and will void any and all warranty if we have viable reason, proof, and/or suspicion that you are trying to use the 30 Day - 6 Month warranty to benefit financially or other monetary/self gain.
4) There is/are Warranty label(s), on most units, that if tampered with or removed will void our Warranty.
5) All rules are legally binding. Warranty and exchange policy may be changed without prior consent or notice.

Shipping
We ship either Priority USPS or Fedex to ensure safe delivery and quick transit time. All orders are to be shipped out no later than 1 business day after your order is placed. Orders are to be received within 2-3 days on average. Shipping and handling is non refundable. We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.

All products are brand new, unless otherwise specified, however most repair parts are new but arrive in plain packaging from the factory.

Return Policy
For Products:
Items purchased new, can be exchanged within 30 Days of purchase as long as you follow and understand the following:
You have 30 days to return products for an exchange from the date you received the item(s). You are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping and handling is non refundable. Returned items must bear an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) which can be issued through techsupport@sblgames.com Merchandise must be unopened and in a like new condition, unless being exchanged because the item is faulty (If purchased new) free of markings/writing and accompanied by a reciept; otherwise a 20% restocking fee may be applied depending on condition received. We recommend that all items returned for exchange are shipped with a tracking number although this is not mandatory.
For services:
Refunds shall be issued in the rare event that we have attempted to fix your console/handheld 3 times and could not fix it. If this happens we will promptly refund your money if full, less the cost of shipping and/or $25.00 Diagnostic Fee(s). Please note that with on certain repair services on the PS3 and XBOX 360 we can only refund $50.00 maximum. Subject to SBL Games, LLC staff discresion. Legal threats will void all offers and terms herein.
Refunds
Refunds shall be issued in the rare event that we have attempted to fix your console/handheld 3 times and could not fix it and you choose to not receive a different console in place of yours. If this happens we will promptly refund your money if full, less the cost of shipping and $50 (+/-) labor and Diagnostic fees. This is determined by the amount of the Warranty period that was fulfilled.
For XBOX 360 & PS3: We will refund all but $50 (+/-) which is determined by the amount of the warranty was fulfilled. Subject to SBL Games LLC discresion. Legal threats will void all terms and/or offers outlined herein.
Legal
SBL Games LLC only warranties their workmanship and parts which were repaired or replaced by SBL Games LLC for 30 - 90 days. You can extend this warranty for $59.99 per yer. Our warranty does not cover any accidental or incidental damages. We will not be held responsible for packages lost in transit. We recommend you purchase insurance as well as a tracking number for your protection. We provide a price before we do our work. If we repair your console and you don't pay for the repair work and/or claim your console within 30 days your console will become the property of SBL Games LLC. We log all serial and/or plate numbers of consoles we work on. Our repairs will void any remaining manufacturer's warranty. By using our site and/or services you agree to our terms which are subject to change at our discresion. Sony Playstation, PSP, and PS2 are properties of and owned by SCEA. Dual Screen (DS), Gamecube, and Wii are all properties of and owned by Nintendo. Xbox is property of and owned by Microsoft.We do the best to our abilities to provide methods, techniques, and other similar logistics to aid you in repairing your Game Console/Hand-held yourself. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur from improper use and/or precautions necessary to use our videos and/or technical advice.
